Date and methods of payment
Generally we demand advance payment (bank transfer / cash), because it's difficult to hire out a flat at short notice. Normal guests Advance payment: 50 % of the rental fee coming in 6 weeks before arrival or 7 days after booking within the 6-weeks-period. Rest of payment: latest 14 days before arrival. Spontaneous guests 100 % at hand-over of keys Cancellation fees Up to 4 weeks before arrival 50 % of the rental fee, up to 2 weeks before arrival 75 % of the rental fee, after that 100 % of the rental fee. In case we can hire out the cancelled apartment for parts or the whole time, you get back the cancellation fees for the period in question minus an administration fee of 50,00 €. Security deposit If the flat is hired by a company: 250,00 € The payback will take place immediately at the departure, if the flat and its equipment is given back without damages. |
